Refreshing Shower

I have found a new 'magic' shower gel!
It's made of a combination of organic extra virgin coconut, olive, jojoba and hemp oils and perfumed with pure essential oils. A unique soap with a velvety-lather that leaves the skin clean and silky-smooth.
The peppermint essential oil tingles the body.
Peppermint is also a mild stimulant that
increases vitality and clarity of mind.
For an invigorating start to the day!

Iris Day Cream

In all areas of life the choices nowadays are almost endless. Even when it comes to simple things like a face cream. There are so many and the curiosity sometimes leads me to try a new one. But, there is a cream that I return to again and again.
For me and for my skin it's actually the best.

Iris Day Cream from Weleda

This cream is for dry to very dry skin. I have normal to dry skin and I think it's perfect for me. I use the cream both morning and night. The scent of Iris Day Cream is fresh and the texture is quite rich. I massage the cream into the skin which increases the circulation and makes the skin look even better.
The skin feels and looks moisturized, refreshed and soft!
Luminous!

Like this one, my one and only body cream!

Soft eye lines

It's cold outdoor and it's warm indoor. The air is dry and the skin is dry. But there is help! Water to drink and creams to take good care of your skin.

The skin around the eye is sensitive.
It needs special care.

An eye cream that I often use is Wild Rose Smoothing Eye Cream from Weleda. This unperfumed cream protects and moisturizes the skin and reduces puffiness. Oil from rosehips seeds helps to preserve the skins vitality.
I use it several times a day in wintertime. I heartily recommend it.

Soft hands

To take care of your hands is always good but especially if you like needlework. Everyone who has knitted or embroidered with yarns in silk or other fine yarns knows that. Fine fibers and threads can stick in even the smallest chap on your skin and you have a tangle on your yarn.
But it's easy to prevent.
Take good care of your hands! File rough skin slightly once a week and use handcream every day. Now in wintertime when the air is dry it may be necessary several times a day.

My favourite is Shea Butter Hand Cream from L'Occitane. It's creamy with a mild scent and it keeps your hands soft and smooth, day and night.

I file of glass is the best for your nails. Try!
